Reporting a bug
Tell us four things and we can almost always reproduce it:
- The phone or computer model.
- The browser and, if you know it, its version.
- What you did just before the problem: the round, the board size, whether you were in practice mode.
- The result you were hoping for next to the one you got. Attach a screenshot if you can.
Player card questions
We cannot see or recover player cards, because they never reach us. If a card is gone and you have no saved player code, the honest answer is that it cannot be brought back. The login page explains how to keep a backup next time.
Ideas and feedback
Suggestions shape the game. New card faces, colour-blind tweaks, a different peek length: if you think it would make Flip Pairs better, write in. We cannot promise to build every idea, but we read all of them.
What we will never ask you for
A reply from this inbox will not request login secrets, text-message codes, your number or money. Should a note signed with our name ask for any of those, it is fake: delete it.
